Directions: 1. Shampoo with our Royal Scalp Recovery or Hydrating Shampoo and apply our Mask. 2. Cover your conditioned hair with a disposable plastic cap. 3. Place your heap cap on a clean ceramic plate and microwave in 30s-45s. Then, flip inside out and microwave another 30s-45s, repeat 2-3 times to achieve your desired heat level. 4. Place heated cap over the plastic cap on your head. Wear it 30-45 minutes for best results, while you relax or multitask. 5. Remove ALL caps and allow your hair to cool 5 minutes, and then rinse with cool water to seal your hair cuticle and then style as desired.
