Shipping Information

All standard orders are freshly prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days. This processing time does not include weekends, U.S. holidays, or carrier transit time.

Orders placed during sales, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time. Any expected delays will be communicated whenever possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and other international destinations. Available shipping methods and rates will appear at checkout.

International deliveries may experience delays due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Shipping Addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the street address or P.O. Box, city, state, ZIP code, and apartment or unit number, when applicable.

Customers may add, edit, or confirm their shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We will correct the address at no additional charge if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

We can only ship to one address per order. Separate orders must be placed for delivery to multiple addresses.

Business Days and Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time will begin processing on the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays. Once an order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.
